O’Reilly Property Investments Pty Ltd is a residential property development company based in South Australia. Its doors opened in Dec. 2009. The Director Celeste O’Reilly has been involved in residential property development, project management and residential sales over the last 3 years both in New Zealand and South Australia. She has personal experience in residential development including land divisions and have successfully appealed in the Environmental Resource and Development Court, South Australia.
O’Reilly Property Investments held its first unique investment seminar in Dec. 2009 and the team received a key affirmative outcome from this event. Our 1st client that signed up is a chartered accountant who saw the potential and our 2nd client is an enterpreneur. This was the outcome of a small group of 15 people. By May 2010 we had 8 residential property developments in the pipeline.
