With our unique property development projects we focus on creating a short term passive income stream for our clients as new or astute property investor. Our Project A is designed with reduced risk. Not only do you keep ownership of the project throughout the project lifecycle, but you are part of the decision-making processes. Furthermore, our mortgage broker can show you how to possibly participate without having to pay increased mortgage repayments throughout the project life cycle.
For the more astute investor, we are involved with residential developments projects with a longer life span and a higher risk with possible higher returns.
Alternatively, if you have a big block of land that you think may be dividable but you do not have the time or know how to proceed, we can assist you to increase your property’s value and equity or decrease your mortgage.
We currently manage 2 of the Project A's - one in Sheidow Park and the other project in Aberfoyle Park. We also manage a 6 unit residential development project in Hackham. Since we opened our doors in Dec. 2009, we have a total of 8 residential properties in the pipeline.
